What HeadRep is

Short mental-training exercises for young athletes: visualization, breathing, goals and confidence. It is not therapy or medical care, and no one monitors it. In a crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911.

What we collect, and why

Account: a random account ID, your child's first name, age range (10 to 12), sport, level, focus areas and cue word, to build their training plan.

Training: which exercises they finish, when and for how long, a 0–100% effort score, check-in days (not the answers), goals they write, and weekly points, to run points, streaks and progress.

Team: if they join with a team code, which team. Technical: IP address in server logs, for security only.

What we never collect

Journals, debriefs, check-in answers (mood, energy, confidence), voice recordings, sleep from Apple Health, their team calendar and their trusted adult stay on their phone. No ads, no selling data, no tracking across apps, no chat or messaging, no public profile.

Who sees it

Only HeadRep and the companies that host our app and database (Supabase, Expo), under contract and only to run HeadRep. Teammates see your child's first name and weekly points only if you choose team sharing in the app. You can consent to HeadRep without consenting to team sharing.

Your rights

You can review what we hold, change your choices, or withdraw consent and have everything deleted at any time, in the app (Profile → Parent controls) or by emailing privacy@headrep.com. We keep data only while the account is open. If we don't receive this form within 14 days, we delete your name and email. Full privacy policy: beta.headrep.com/privacy.
